Stop Chasing Bugs in the Dark

We built CodeStreamSys because hunting down software issues was eating up our nights and weekends. Now Taiwan's development teams use our tracking system to catch problems before they become disasters.

See How It Works

Real Projects Need Real Solutions

Last year, I watched a client's mobile app crash during their biggest sales week. The bug had been lurking in their system for months, but their tracking setup missed it completely. That's when we realized most teams are using performance tracking tools that work great in theory but fall apart when things get messy.

Time Management Tools That Actually Save Time

Most bug tracking feels like extra work nobody wants to do. We designed our system around how developers actually think and work. Instead of interrupting your flow, it captures what you need automatically and shows you patterns that help prevent future issues.

Learn Our Approach

Built for Teams Who Ship Code

We work with Taipei startups and Taoyuan tech companies who need their software to work reliably. Our reporting system connects the dots between user complaints, server logs, and code changes so you can fix root causes instead of just symptoms.

Why We Started This Company

Back in 2023, my co-founder and I were consulting for different companies around Taiwan. Same story everywhere: talented developers spending way too much time tracking down issues that should have been caught earlier.

The breaking point came during a project in Hsinchu. A fintech client had a memory leak that only showed up under heavy load. Their existing tools couldn't correlate user sessions with server performance, so it took three weeks to identify the problem.

That's when we realized the disconnect. Most performance tracking tools are designed by people who don't actually debug production systems daily. They focus on collecting data instead of helping teams understand what that data means for their specific codebase.

So we built something different. CodeStreamSys connects your bug reports directly to your development workflow, making it easier to spot patterns and prevent recurring issues before they reach your users.

"We used to spend entire afternoons digging through logs trying to reproduce user-reported bugs. Now CodeStreamSys shows us exactly what happened, including the user's session data and server state. It's like having a time machine for debugging."

How We Help Teams Debug Smarter

Our approach focuses on connecting the dots between user experience and system behavior, so you can solve problems instead of just documenting them.

1

Capture Real Context

Instead of generic error messages, we record what the user was actually doing when something broke. This includes their session history, device info, and the exact sequence of actions that triggered the issue.

2

Connect System Dots

We automatically link user-reported problems to your server logs, database queries, and recent code deployments. This helps you see patterns between seemingly unrelated issues.

3

Prevent Future Problems

Our system learns from resolved bugs to identify similar patterns in new reports. This helps your team catch related issues before they impact more users.
