Building Better Software Together

For seven years, we've helped development teams catch bugs before they reach production, saving countless hours and protecting user experiences across Taiwan's tech landscape.

How We Started Solving Real Problems

Back in 2018, our founder was debugging a payment system at 3 AM — again. The same critical bug had slipped through testing three times that month. That frustrating night sparked an idea that became CodeStreamSys.

We began by studying how bugs actually move through development cycles. Not the textbook version, but the messy reality where deadlines clash with quality and small issues snowball into major headaches. Our approach isn't about perfect processes — it's about practical systems that work when teams are under pressure.

What started as a solution for e-commerce platforms now helps fintech startups, gaming studios, and enterprise software teams across Taiwan. Each project teaches us something new about how bugs behave in different environments.

What Drives Our Work

These principles guide how we approach every bug tracking challenge and shape our relationships with development teams.

Precision Over Speed

Rushing through bug reports creates more problems than it solves. We take the time to understand root causes and document clear reproduction steps that actually help developers fix issues efficiently.

Developer Partnership

We're not here to point fingers or create adversarial relationships. Our job is making developers' lives easier by providing actionable information and context that leads to better solutions.

Data-Driven Insights

Every bug tells a story about system behavior and user patterns. We analyze trends to help teams make informed decisions about priorities, architecture changes, and testing strategies.

User Impact Focus

Not all bugs are created equal. We help teams understand which issues actually affect user experience and business outcomes, so resources get allocated where they matter most.

The People Behind the Process

Astrid Johansson, Lead QA Engineer

Astrid Johansson

Lead QA Engineer

Astrid spent eight years at Nordic fintech companies before moving to Taiwan in 2020. She specializes in payment system testing and has an uncanny ability to find edge cases that break mobile apps in spectacular ways.

Marina Volkov, Bug Analysis Specialist

Marina Volkov

Bug Analysis Specialist

Marina's background in data science brings a unique perspective to bug patterns. She develops the reporting frameworks that help our clients understand not just what's broken, but why it keeps breaking.

Where We're Headed Next

The software landscape keeps evolving, and so do the bugs. We're currently exploring how AI-generated code creates new types of testing challenges — and developing strategies to catch issues that traditional QA methods might miss.

By late 2025, we're planning to launch specialized services for blockchain applications and IoT systems. These environments present unique debugging challenges that require fresh approaches to issue tracking and resolution.

Our goal isn't just finding bugs — it's helping Taiwan's development community build more reliable software that users can trust.
